How Do I Place An Order?
Simply pick the piece you are interested in and follow the prompts to place your order. Orders for custom items, will soon be done by our newly designed web form. Watch for this to be available soon. In the meantime, requests for custom items can be started by emailing cheryl.skingley@outlook.com
Payment and Shipping
Payment and shipping information will be collected when you place your order. Shipping costs are passed on to the client. Should you need to return a piece, you will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
All orders and payments are processed by wix.com which has a secure site for payment options.
Returns & Refunds
Custom designs can be returned for credit only. An administrative fee of $25.00 will apply to cancelled orders once they have been started. Any other pieces can be returned for credit at Gems By Cheryl.
